Spicy Baked Chicken Breasts PRINT/SAVE
4 skinless boneless breasts
Italian bread crumbs
fat free Italian salad dressing
6 ounces hot sauce (Red Hot)
½ stick real butter
salt, pepper, favorite seasonings
Add seasonings to bread crumbs
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Thaw if necessary.
Pound out to even thickness with tenderizing hammer.
Pour some dressing on a plate.
Drag breasts one at a time through dressing, then roll in bread crumbs.
Place in baking pan or dish and bake for 20 minutes.
For sauce, mix hot sauce and melted butter while chicken is baking.
Use a blender or handheld immersion blender if available for best results.
When done baking, pour sauce over chicken or pan sauté in sauce to finish.
