Fast and filling
This recipe makes 25 to 30 walnut-size crunchy treats-delicious when they begin to melt. Just divvy them up into plastic sandwich bags and stick them in the freezer. This is a healthy high protein snack.
2 cups crunchy peanut butter (you can use the organic type that needs mixed)
2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
2 very ripe bananas
2 Tbsp whole flax seed
Mix all ingredients with a fork in a large bowl. Mold the mixture into walnut-size balls and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers. Refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours before serving or transferring to individual Ziploc bags for a grab-and-go-snack.
