Football Dip PRINT/SAVE
1 standard Philly cream cheese
1 can chili (I use Hormel no beans)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar of your favorite salsa
Layer ingredients in round shallow baking dish, 12" or so in the following order;
1. cream cheese. Sit it out so that it comes to room temperature, spread with spoon evenly in bottom.
2. spread chili evenly
3. pour salsa on chili evenly
4. sprinkle with cheese
Bake 30 min uncovered until hot and bubbly
Dredge with tortilla chips or scoops. For a variation, sprinkle some chopped fresh cilantro on or add some ground cumin seed.
