Chicken Enchiladas PRINT/SAVE
Boneless chicken breast
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Cream of chicken soup
Cube chicken breast meat, sauté pan with seasoning,
Mix yogurt, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together.
In each tortilla, put some chicken, yogurt mix and cheese together and roll up.
Arrange roll ups in a baking dish and when done making them, pour remaining
sauce over tortillas and bake in oven at 350º for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with some shredded cheese and serve.
