Beef Stroganoff PRINT/SAVE
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. Beef cut up in small pieces
2 cans Beefy Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 packets Dry Onion Soup Mix and/or Beefy Onion
1 pint Sour Cream (may use more to taste)
2 bags Noodles
Directions:
Place beef and soups together in Crock Pot.
The longer you can cook it, the more tender the beef.
Needs at least 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Just prior to serving, add sour cream and stir.
Cook noodles then serve.
Green peas go very well with this meal.
